  • Why can't I log in to my account? (For accounts created before 7/30/2015)

    For security reasons, we are not able to port over passwords from the old site for users as they are encrypted. Please create a new account using our registration form.

  • Why can't I see my order history? (For accounts created before 7/30/2015)

    For security reasons, our new system cannot track orders that were placed before 7/30/2015. All orders placed after 7/30/2015 can be viewed in your personal order history page. If you have questions regarding orders placed before 7/30/2015 please contact our customer service department.

  • Where is my nearest repair center?

    For your nearest repair center please contact our customer service department
  • What type of oil do I use in my Viper engine?

    Viper engines use a 2-cycle, air-cooled oil. We recommend using our Viper brand oil, part number 300400.

  • How do I purchase parts for a product I own?

    There are two options for ordering parts online.
    If you know the part number you are looking for, enter the number in the search box in the upper left corner and click on the red arrow key. If the part number does not appear, the part is not available online and you must call our customer service department

  • I am looking for a manual for an Earthquake product?

    Earthquake product manuals that we have produced can be accessed by visiting our download center at the top of this website.
  • I ordered my part Thursday morning, two day air and its now Monday, why haven't I received my part?

    While most of the time we get to the orders as soon as they come in, we still have to allow one day for processing the part here at Earthquake. This generally means that the order will be processed by UPS the following day. Two day shipping means two business days, which excludes weekends and other events that can occur. Please check out UPS for more information.
  • Why can't I purchase some products online?

    Our business model of distributing products around the world through retail and small dealer venues is important to us. Thus it is in our best interest to support their in house and on line sales efforts. By directing you to your nearest dealer we are providing sales support via our website, which allows for a very successful partnership. We appreciate your interest in our products and if you have any further questions regarding a purchase location please call our customer service department and one of our customer service representatives can assist you.
