  • What is your shipping policy?

  • What is your return policy?

    You can return your item(s) purchased up to 30 days after the date of purchase for a refund. To review our return policy and procedure, please review our page here.
  • Can I cancel or make changes to an order after it has been placed?

    We strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. We are unable to cancel or modify any order after the order has shipped.
  • How long does it take to process my order?

    Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. See our shipping policy for more information on when your order may arrive.
  • Will I be charged immediately after my order is placed?

    You will only be charged for your product once it has shipped.
  • Where can I buy your products?

    We offer our products to a range of retailers from large retail chains all the way to mom and pop shops. To view the retailers currently selling our product we suggest enter the model number you are seeking in the Google Shopping page located here.
  • Do you offer a price adjustment policy?

    We do not offer credits or refunds for price adjustments and will not match prices with our competitors or dealers.
  • Can i buy a gift card?

    At this time we currently do not offer gift cards for purchase.
  • Where do I enter a promotion code on the website?

    Once you add your items to your shopping cart, you can enter the promo code under Discount Code on the Cart page. Be sure your code has been applied before submitting your order.
  • Can I customize my order?

    At this time we do not allow customizations on orders.
  • How can I apply for a job with your company?

  • How do I find an authorized repair center?

    We have hundreds of repair centers located throughout the United States and Canada. To locate the nearest repair center to your location, please type your zip code on our Service Center Locations page.
  • Do you ship orders to Canada?

    For our best shipping rates on orders placed in Canada and the fastest delivery times, we encourage you to order through our authorized Canadian Distributors.
  • Do you ship orders to Europe?

    For our best shipping rates on orders placed in Europe and the fastest delivery times, we encourage you to order through our European Distributors.
  • Do you ship to military addresses?

    Yes, we appreciate the service of all our brave men and women of the armed forces, and do ship ship to military addresses. Orders shipping to military addresses should go through the normal checkout on our website as they are not subject to the same fees as international orders.
  • How do I change my password for my account?

    If you are signed into your account, just click on the “change password” on the left tab of your profile page.
  • My tracking information says that my package was delivered but I do not see it anywhere. 

    If you received a notice from the package carrier stating your package was delivered, but you do not see the package, please contact your respective shipping carrier directly for assistance in locating your package.
  • Why do I see multiple transactions on my credit/debit card for the same order?

    We will authorize your card at the time of purchase, but you will not be charged until your order ships. Multiple transactions may be a result of this initial authorization and will fall off automatically, however, if you continue to see that charge or funds are removed, contact us.
  • Where are your products manufactured?

    Many of our world-class products are designed and rigorously quality tested here in the continental US. Products are manufactured overseas in our partner factories that meet our highest standards of quality. 

  • What is the warranty on your products?

    All of our products with a Viper Engine purchased after 3/15/2017, come with an industry leading 5-year warranty. For products with a different engine or purchased prior to this date, please refer back to the original Owner’s Manual that came with you product. 

  • What is the difference between a CRT model and a SRT model?

    While both models provide excellent performance, there are some key differences between these two model types:

     CRT stands for counter-rotating tines. Models with this allow for better ground-breaking power and are great for gardens or locations with compacted soil or that need a little bit more TLC.

     SRT stands for standard rotating tines. These models are great for agitating and turning the dirt prior to the planting season. 

  • How would I file a warranty claim if I have a problem with my unit?

    We design all of our products to stand the test of time and stand up to daily use, however, we do understand that sometimes there may be an issue with an individual product. In cases like this, it is always best to first contact our Customer Service department to see if they can provide technical assistance or needed parts to quickly resolve your problem and get you back in working order once again. If they are unable to do this, they will be able to work with you to best decide if a unit should be taken to one of our Authorized Repair Centers or in the rare cases returned to the store for an exchange. In order to help this process move as efficiently as possible, it is ideal to always have your unit registered and your paperwork on hand with you when calling in. 
  • Will the hiller Furrower attachment connect to models other than Earthquake?

    Our Hiller Furrower attachment will fit on Husqvarna, Southland, Powermate, Troy-Bilt and Cub Cadet models. To fully understand how they connect, please review our detailed Instruction Sheet, which can be downloaded here.  

  • What is a Viper Engine?

    We developed Viper Engines to meet a demand that was created to provide high-quality engines at a fraction of the price of competitor models. Our engines have been continuously engineered to ensure that they meet the most stringent of EPA requirements while still providing the performance our customers have come to expect. 

  • Where do I add oil into my 2-cycle unit?

    Many of our 2-cylcle engine products run on a 50:1 gas oil ratio. For the best results, you would want to mix 2.6 fl oz of oil into a gallon container of premium gasoline. Once mixed you will add the mixture to your unit’s gas tank. Be sure not to overfill the unit. For best results, and to increase the life of your unit, it is best practice to always empty your fuel tank at the end of every season, or when your unit will be standing still for extended periods of time.
