The Earthquake® Walk-Behind Edger is an incredibly versatile tool for homeowners and landscapers alike to achieve beautiful and professional looking borders around lawns, sidewalks, curbs, and driveways. Powered by an always reliable, 79cc 4-cycle Viper® engine means no mixing of gas and oil, and more power than handheld or stick edgers. A variable-speed throttle precisely controls the cutting speed when starting new cuts or maneuvering around corners. Create perfectly straight lines or use the 5-position cutting head to pivot the blade up to 20 degrees in either direction to create beveled edges around flower beds. Select from 10 edging depth settings, from light touch-up work to cuts as deep as 2.5 inches for tackling tough, deep-rooted growth. This unit comes equipped with a tri-tip cutting blade made of high-strength steel that lasts longer, and provides straighter lines and better control that bar style blades. The airless, 4-wheel design creates a more stable platform for better handling and balance while a built-in cup and tool holder offers a handy place to store tools such as garden shears or hand trowels. In addition to edging, this handy tool doubles as a small utility trenching tool for burying backyard cables and wires.
